Wedding Personal Attendant Attire

I am thinking about having a personal attendant. I am curious what the general accepted rule is for her? Does she wear the same the dress as the bridesmaids or something still nice but not as fancy?

Our Thoughts

There really aren’t any defined wedding etiquette rules for wedding attendant attire, but in general the dress that she wears should fit in with the overall theme of your wedding.

For example, if you are having a formal wedding, she should not wear a dress that is too casual. Her attire should fit in but not stand out too much.

Typically the dress that your personal wedding attendant wears would not be the same dress as your wedding party. It can, however, be a similar style and color.
